We are excited to say that TechCayman has now moved into their new, modern workspace, located on the ground floor of the Grand Pavilion Commercial Centre. This represents a significant step forward by providing a technology enabled hub from which to develop and support new tech businesses.
Grand Pavilion is a prime location in the heart of the Seven Mile Beach corridor, just two minutes from Camana Bay and surrounded by numerous banks, businesses, and restaurants. The new stylish office space is large, light-filled with maximum daylight penetration and an unobstructed view to the beautiful courtyard and tropical pool area at the heart of the Grand Pavilion Commercial Centre.
Speaking on the development of the space, Tech Cayman’s Jennifer McCarthy says, “Even the office and team rooms at TechCayman are transparent, enclosed with frameless glass fronts which leave clear sightlines to the rest of the office. We wanted an open feel with modern communal work spaces surrounded by offices and meeting rooms. Collaboration, brainstorming and bustle are part of our daily existence and the new premises embrace that, rather than organise it.”
The space hosts five private offices, an open space work area, 2 conference rooms and an open-plan kitchen, with a counter for informal gatherings. TechCayman is committed to sustainability as well, so there are plants and energy-saving equipment throughout. It’s the ideal work-space if you’re looking to tap into your creativity or to de-stress. There’s even seating by the pool area where you can sit and carry out your work duties, with excellent wifi.
